About Integrity Bookkeeping Pros

Integrity Bookkeeping Pros is a rapidly growing accounting firm that helps business owners gain clarity, confidence, and control over their finances.

We specialize in QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, accounting, cleanup projects, financial reporting, and advisory services for mid-sized businesses throughout the United States.

Our mission is simple: provide accurate financials and meaningful financial guidance that helps business owners make better decisions.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager who can lead client relationships, oversee financial quality, mentor team members, and become an integral part of our leadership team.

About the Role

This is not a traditional bookkeeping position.

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working directly with business owners, reviewing financial statements, solving complex accounting issues, and helping clients understand their numbers.

You will serve as the primary accounting advisor for a portfolio of clients while supporting and developing our internal bookkeeping team.

This position is ideal for someone with public accounting, CAS, outsourced accounting, or accounting firm experience who wants to move beyond compliance work and into leadership and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities: Client Advisory & Financial Review

Lead monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with clients
Explain financial statements in a clear, professional manner
Provide insights regarding profitability, cash flow, trends, and business performance
Build trusted advisor relationships with business owners
Help clients make informed financial decisions

Accounting Oversight

Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness
Review account reconciliations and supporting schedules
Ensure financial reports are clean, accurate, and management-ready
Identify accounting issues and recommend corrective actions
Maintain high standards of quality across all client engagements

Team Leadership

Support and mentor bookkeeping staff
Answer accounting and QuickBooks-related questions
Review team member work for quality and consistency
Assist with training and professional development
Help improve internal processes and efficiencies

QuickBooks Online & Cleanup Projects

Oversee complex QuickBooks Online cleanup projects
Correct historical bookkeeping issues
Resolve multi-period reconciliation discrepancies
Design and improve chart of accounts structures
Ensure clients are positioned for accurate ongoing reporting

Qualifications-Required

5+ years of experience within a public accounting firm, bookkeeping firm, CAS practice, or outsourced accounting environment
Advanced QuickBooks Online experience
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
Experience reviewing and correcting bookkeeping or accounting work
Experience communicating directly with business owners or clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Preferred

CPA, CPA Candidate, or EA
Experience supervising or mentoring staff
Experience managing a client portfolio
Experience with cleanup and conversion projects
Experience with multi-entity clients
Experience within a Client Accounting Services (CAS) environment
