Elite Athletic Gear is a fast-growing athletic accessories and apparel brand serving youth athletes, parents, and teams across the country.

We have built an online community of more than 400,000+ followers across our social media platforms and have served hundreds of thousands of customers nationwide.

We are looking for a highly organized, outgoing, and motivated Creator Partnerships Coordinator to help grow and manage our creator program. This person will work directly with our founder and CEO and collaborate closely with our marketing team.

The primary goal of this position is to recruit, onboard, and manage at least 50 new creators every month while building long-term relationships with athletes, parents, influencers, and content creators.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who understands social media, communicates confidently, stays extremely organized, and wants hands-on experience helping build a major creator program.

What You’ll Do

Recruit and onboard at least 50 new qualified creators each month
Identify athletes, parents, influencers, and content creators who align with the Elite Athletic Gear brand
Conduct consistent outreach through Instagram, TikTok, email, creator platforms, and other channels
Respond quickly and professionally to creator messages and partnership inquiries
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators
Explain campaign expectations, content requirements, timelines, compensation, and product details
Negotiate creator partnerships within established company guidelines
Send creator contracts and ensure agreements are completed before campaigns begin
Coordinate product selections and shipments for creators
Track creator communication, campaign status, deadlines, content submissions, and payments
Follow up consistently with creators to keep campaigns moving forward
Collect raw videos, edited content, photos, usage permissions, and advertising authorization
Organize creator assets so the marketing team can quickly find and use approved content
Coordinate Meta whitelisting and paid advertising permissions when required
Manage creator relationships through platforms such as Insense and TikTok Shop
Identify high-performing creators who should be rehired or developed into long-term brand partners
Monitor TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends to help identify new creator opportunities
Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, holiday promotions, and Black Friday preparation
Provide regular updates to the CEO and marketing team on creator activity, deliverables, and results
Help improve the systems and processes used to manage the creator program as it grows

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creators, influencers, and social media content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing dozens of active conversations and partnerships at the same time
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to keep projects moving
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with new people
Persistent and motivated without being overly aggressive
Able to communicate professionally with athletes, parents, creators, and business partners
Comfortable working directly with the founder and CEO
Able to work independently while collaborating with a small marketing team
Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
Willingness to learn new platforms, systems, and marketing processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
Genuine interest in sports, youth athletics, social media, or e-commerce

Experience

Previous experience in social media, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, customer service, sales, recruiting, public relations, or marketing coordination is preferred but not required.

A college degree is not required. We are open to recent graduates and early-career candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, social media knowledge, organization, and ambition.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience working with influencers, creators, athletes, or brand ambassadors
Experience managing Instagram or TikTok accounts
Experience with TikTok Shop creator programs
Experience using creator platforms such as Insense
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or creator whitelisting
Experience using Google Sheets, project-management software, or CRM systems
Experience with Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing
Experience organizing large volumes of photo and video assets
Knowledge of youth sports, baseball, softball, basketball, football, or fitness culture

At least 50 new qualified creators are recruited and onboarded each month
Creator messages and inquiries receive fast, professional responses
Contracts, product shipments, deadlines, and deliverables remain organized
Creators consistently submit the agreed-upon content on time
The marketing team receives a steady flow of usable social media and advertising content
High-performing creators are identified and developed into repeat partners
Creator assets and usage rights are organized and easy for the marketing team to access
Elite Athletic Gear becomes known as a responsive and creator-friendly brand
The creator program grows into a reliable and measurable part of the company’s marketing strategy

Work Location
