Full Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Marketing & Community Relations Liaison who combines clinical knowledge with strong relationship-building and communication skills.

This role is ideal for an outgoing, compassionate, and polished healthcare professional who enjoys networking, building partnerships, and serving as a trusted resource within the senior care community.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable representing Youthful Aging with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, elder care professionals, and families while helping identify individuals who could benefit from our innovative care model.

This is not a traditional sales role. Success comes from building genuine relationships, understanding healthcare needs, educating referral partners, and becoming a trusted advocate for seniors and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, medical practices, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, senior communities, elder law attorneys, and other healthcare professionals.
Educate community partners on Youthful Aging’s unique Johns Hopkins Guided Care Management and proactive approach to managing chronic conditions.
Meet with families and healthcare professionals to understand care needs and explain available solutions.
Identify opportunities where seniors and families may benefit from additional support, monitoring, and care coordination.
Conduct community outreach, presentations, and networking activities.
Serve as a knowledgeable healthcare resource and trusted representative of the organization.
Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth communication and appropriate care recommendations.
Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources and community partners.
Track relationship development activities and referral opportunities.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) strongly preferred; LPN, healthcare professional, or experienced senior care professional considered.
Strong understanding of senior care, chronic conditions, and healthcare navigation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, polished, and confident presenting to physicians, executives, families, and community groups.
Warm, empathetic personality with the ability to build trust quickly.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple relationships.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
Comfortable networking, attending community events, and developing partnerships.
