Integrity Bookkeeping Pros is a fast-growing, client-focused accounting firm dedicated to delivering accurate financials and strategic clarity to business owners. We specialize in QuickBooks Online cleanups, ongoing bookkeeping, and financial reporting that empowers our clients to make confident decisions.

We are building a leadership team to support our next phase of growth—and we are looking for someone who doesn’t just “do the work,” but can own the financial process and lead client relationships with confidence.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Senior Bookkeeping Manager with prior accounting firm experience who can oversee client financials, support a team of bookkeepers, and confidently review financial statements with clients.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both the technical side of bookkeeping and how to communicate financial insights to business owners.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Financial Oversight

Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness
Ensure all accounts are reconciled and properly categorized
Identify inconsistencies, errors, and opportunities for improvement
Maintain high standards for clean, audit-ready books

Client Communication & Financial Reviews

Lead monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with clients
Explain financial reports in a clear, confident, and professional manner
Provide insights on profitability, trends, and key financial indicators
Act as a trusted advisor to business owners

Team Support & Leadership

Support and guide internal staff and bookkeeping teams
Answer accounting-related questions and resolve complex issues
Review work completed by team members for quality control
Assist in training and developing junior staff

Cleanup & Advanced Accounting Work

Perform and/or oversee complex QuickBooks Online cleanups
Handle historical corrections and multi-period reconciliations
Ensure proper chart of accounts structure and financial organization

Qualifications

Required:

5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience within an accounting firm
Advanced experience with QuickBooks Online
Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Experience reviewing and correcting bookkeeping work
Confident in leading client-facing financial review meetings
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred:

Experience managing or mentoring a team
Experience with cleanup projects and complex reconciliations
Knowledge of multi-entity or multi-industry clients
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
