Full Job Description

Echo Healthcare’s Immersive Interactive is seeking an Immersive Support Technician to provide remote technical support for our immersive technology solutions and test PCs for installations. This role involves customer training, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the optimal performance of our software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Training: Deliver comprehensive training on Immersive Studio software (Levels 1-3).
Remote Support: Provide support via phone, email, and remote access to diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and content issues.
PC Configuration: Configure, and test PCs to required specifications for immersive room installations.
Documentation: Create training materials, documentation, and resources to educate customers.
Issue Tracking: Log and track issues, asset details, and other support metrics using our support system.
Remote Commissioning: Work with onsite installation to remote into the installation and help commission the Immersive room.
Testing: Thoroughly test and validate all hardware and software prior to customer deployment.

Required Skills:

Driving License: Clean US driving license.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities.
IT Proficiency: Good general IT skills with the ability to quickly learn about new technologies.
Customer Interaction: Personable and able to interface effectively with a variety of customers.
Criminal Record: Must have a clean criminal record due to work in schools and special needs schools.
AV Experience: Experience with AV equipment, including projectors, is a plus.
Safety: Experience using ladders safely is a bonus.
