Outside Sales / Business Development Representative

Wildman Sales Representatives have annual earning potential of $92,000–$124,000.

At Wildman, two qualities stand out in our most successful Sales Representatives: Will to Win and Coachability.

We're looking for people who are driven to achieve, willing to put in the work to win new business, and eager to learn and improve. This is a true outside B2B business development role where you'll prospect for new customers, build relationships with business decision-makers, and grow an assigned territory.

You May Be a Great Fit If Your Background Includes:

Experienced B2B Sales

Outside sales, territory sales, business development, or new-account sales experience
Experience selling contracted services, commercial products, or solutions to businesses
Experience in uniform/facility services, pest control, MRO/industrial supply, equipment rental, distribution, or similar B2B industries is especially relevant

Early-Career Talent

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a closely related field
Relevant sales or business development internship experience
Experience in a structured, performance-driven training or management development program

Work Environment

This is an outside, field-based sales role, not an inside sales position.

Approximately 3.5 days per week are spent in the field prospecting and meeting with customers.
Approximately 1.5 days per week are spent in the office, typically Mondays and Wednesdays.
Success requires consistent prospecting, self-management, follow-through, and comfort being accountable to measurable activity and performance goals.
