Contracting "A" Players/Sales Pros: Are You a Top Producer Being Underpaid for Your Talent?

If you've built your career selling in the painting, roofing, remodeling, or contracting space — or in any high-ticket residential and commercial sales environment — and you're tired of a pay structure that caps your upside, Brightline Painting wants to talk to you.

We are looking for experienced Project Estimators across four growing markets who know how to walk a job, price it right, and close. This isn't an entry-level estimating role. This is a sales-driven position built for closers who want a real base, real leads, and real commission — with no ceiling on what you can earn.

Our top producers earn over $150,000 a year. A solid, on-track performer typically earns over $100,000 annually.

If you've felt capped, underpaid, or under-supported at your current stop, this is your chance to step into a role where the ceiling is gone and the leads keep coming.

Duties

Walk residential and commercial job sites and prepare accurate, competitive estimates
Present proposals and close sales with prospective clients
Work company-generated leads handed to you by our marketing and sales team
Prospect and self-generate new business in your local market — and get paid more for doing it
Build referral relationships and a pipeline that compounds over time
Partner with Crew Leaders to hand off sold work cleanly
Lead project management efforts by coordinating resources, managing timelines, and resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Experience

Proven experience in estimating, outside sales, or business development within painting, roofing, remodeling, or another residential/commercial contracting trade
A track record of closing deals and generating your own leads, not just working a queue
Confidence pricing a job accurately in the field and defending that number to a client
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust fast, whether you're standing in someone's kitchen or presenting to a commercial property manager
Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot, GHL, PaintScout) and keeping your pipeline organized
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
