Full Job Description

We pride ourselves on providing our customers with fast and accurate shipping. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for; picking, packing, and shipping products to meet high company standards of safety, security, and productivity. This person needs to be very goal-orientated and willing to work at a fast pace while maintaining the quality and accuracy set forth in the job expectations.

If you can lift up to-to 35 pounds without assistance drive a forklift, can get things done with little or no supervision all while working in a fun, relaxed environment, you'll enjoy a position with us!

Job Duties:

Self-motivated and responsible for day-to-day operation of a small warehouse.
Can lift up-to 35 pounds without assistance
Assist in warehouse human resource objectives by training, coaching one part time employee; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and making sure they adhere to policies and safety procedures.
Meet warehouse operational standards by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
Maintain and clean the and office and storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
Maintains inventory by conducting physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
Secures warehouse by turning alarms on; testing systems.
Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Safety Management, Data Entry Management, Dependability, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Equipment Maintenance, Supervisor, Container unloading and Organization

Qualifications and Skills

Experience and Requirements:

Picking and packing
Knowledge of Shipstation a Plus
Forklift certified and able to unload containers.
Intermediate Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Shipping software, UPS)
3+ years of logistic experience
Valid Driver’s License
Minimum High School Diploma
Must be able to lift 35lbs
Goal-orientated
70% of the time on your feet & 30% desk
