Full Job Description

We're seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join a growing litigation team handling complex business disputes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all phases of commercial litigation while working alongside experienced mentors.

Responsibilities:

Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
Conduct legal research and support case strategy.
Manage discovery, including e-discovery and document review.
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy.

Qualifications: #healthcare2026

JD from an accredited law school.
Active New York Bar license required.
2–10 years of commercial or business litigation experience.
Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
Experience with pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
Candidates with backgrounds limited to personal injury, insurance defense, consumer credit, or foreclosure are not the ideal fit.
