Purchasing Buyer (Entry Level)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Purchasing Buyer to join our procurement team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in supply chain management and develop their skills in purchasing and vendor relations. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the timely procurement of quality goods and services that meet our company's standards and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers to meet company needs
Place purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor information
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing requirements
Review and verify purchase requisitions and purchase orders for accuracy
Support negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and terms
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory management teams
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and new products
