Unity Hospice is a family owned and operated hospice. We are looking for an outstanding account liaison / outside sales rep to join our team. The success of our company is dependent upon teamwork. Our specially trained team includes doctors, nurses (NP, LPN and RN), social workers, certified nursing assistants, spiritual counselors, therapists and volunteers, just to name a few. The one thing we are missing is YOU – please join us!

Duties: What you will do:

Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, nursing facilities, etc.
Promote Unity Hospice as the premier hospice and the best choice for end-of-life care
Develop strategic sales plans resulting in increased hospice referrals and census growth
Educate referral partners, patients and families about hospice and end-of-life care
Assist patients and families with completing consent and other documentation
Participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements: What you need to have:

Driver’s license, insurance and vehicle
Ability to build relationships that result in company growth
