Order Management & Data Specialist (NetSuite Focus)

Location Miramar, FL, USA (In-Person Required)

Compensation $40,000 – $48,000 per year

Schedule Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) OT available during peak season

Employment Type Full-Time, 8-hour shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Data/Order Entry Specialist to join our team in Miramar, FL. This role is vital for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our e-commerce and wholesale order cycle.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of proven data entry experience and possess a strong commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be the core link between sales and shipping, ensuring accurate data flow across all platforms.

Order Processing & Management: Process and manage all daily orders using NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy from entry to completion.
Data Integration (EDI): Manage the export of data into EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) for invoices, shipping tracking numbers, and other vital information.
Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain essential reports for orders and shipping documentation.
Administrative Support: Collaborate with the team on various departmental tasks and perform other administrative and data-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in a data entry role (at least 2-3 years preferred).
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required ability to commute to the Miramar, FL office.

Systems Proficiency

Demonstrated experience with NetSuite is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Familiarity with ShipStation.
