Position Overview

As a Part-Time Mobile Patrol Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety, visibility, and rapid response coverage across multiple assigned properties. This role requires professionalism, strong observation skills, sound judgment, and the ability to respond effectively in dynamic situations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled mobile patrols across assigned client properties
Monitor sites and respond to alarms, incidents, and service calls
Provide a visible presence to deter trespassing, theft, vandalism, and other unauthorized activity
Interact professionally with residents, tenants, visitors, and clients
Observe, document, and report incidents accurately and thoroughly
Complete property checks, lockups, and site-specific assignments
Maintain compliance with company policies and post orders
Communicate effectively with Dispatch and Operations teams

Schedule Options

Overnight Patrol Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
10-hour shifts available
1-Day, 2-Day and 4-day work week options available
Additional schedules may vary based on site needs

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $19.00/hour

Qualifications

1–3 years of security or related experience preferred

Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card
Valid Arizona Driver’s License
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
