Full Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Medical Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. It is required that the candidate is a certified Medical Assistant in order to perform clinical duties with our Doctors.

Elite Plastic Surgery is a Plastic & Reconstruction private practice with offices in Scottsdale, AZ and Chandler, AZ. We have an amazing team of dedicated registered nurses, certified aestheticians, patient coordinators, and medical assistants working alongside our plastic and reconstructive surgeons.

Front Desk Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
Schedule appointments (insurance and self pay consultations) and manage the office calendar
Assist the Drs and nurse practitioner with patient care duties when needed
Coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
Chandler location is open Monday - Friday
Ability to travel to our Scottsdale, AZ on some occasions to our Chandler offic in Chandler, AZ (REQUIRED)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
