Lead Our Growing Automotive Service DepartmentService Manager / Operations ManagerAuto Care Plus – Covington Township, PA

Auto Care Plus is seeking a proven leader to oversee and grow our automotive service operation. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Shop Foreman, or high-performing Service Advisor ready to lead a respected independent repair facility.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, motivates people, and is committed to providing an outstanding customer experience. If you're ready to make a real impact—not just fill a position—we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

Lead the daily operations of our automotive repair facility.
Manage the service schedule to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service from vehicle check-in through delivery.
Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations honestly and professionally.
Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts suppliers.
Monitor shop performance, technician productivity, and key operating metrics.
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor employees.
Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop processes that improve customer satisfaction, profitability, and overall shop performance.
Work directly with ownership to help guide the future growth of the business.

What We're Looking For

Leadership experience in an automotive repair environment.
Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to motivate employees and create a positive team culture.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with shop management and estimating software is preferred.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
