Financial Planning Associate (Wealth Management / Advisor Support & Growth Track)

Location: Blakely, PA (In-office)
Job Type: Full-Time

We are a growing wealth management and investment advisory firm providing comprehensive financial planning and investment management to individuals and families. Our firm is built on long-term relationships, thoughtful advice, and a disciplined fiduciary approach.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Financial Planning Associate to support the firm’s lead Financial Advisor in serving existing clients and contributing to ongoing growth.

This role offers a long-term path within a growing advisory practice, with meaningful involvement in client relationships, financial planning, and firm development. We are looking for a proactive, relationship-oriented professional who values trust, accountability, and doing what is right for the client in all circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

Support client relationship management and ongoing service
Participate in meetings and assist in delivering financial planning and investment advice
Prepare and maintain financial plans (retirement, tax, estate, investment)
Assist with portfolio management, reviews, and implementation
Prepare reports, analyses, and meeting materials
Maintain proactive client communication
Manage client data and workflow through CRM and internal systems
Contribute to client engagement, events, and relationship development efforts
Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and improve client outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Economics, or Business
1–5 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial planning
Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and accountability
Interest in long-term growth within an advisory practice
Solid understanding of financial planning and investment principles
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience with planning tools and CRM systems preferred
CFP® path or interest is a plus
