Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Sealy, TX
Department: Human Resources
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to support our growing manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), organized, and passionate about connecting top talent with career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
Source and screen qualified candidates for manufacturing, administrative, and professional positions.
Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and extend employment offers.
Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and pre-employment requirements.
Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Maintain accurate applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company hiring policies.
Support onboarding activities for new hires as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience using job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
