Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of service, food safety, and cleanliness. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences while maintaining efficient restaurant functions. This position offers a dynamic environment where your management skills and passion for hospitality will shine.

Duties

Supervise front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, seating arrangements, and managing reservations
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold food safety standards
Oversee POS systems such as ForeUP for accurate order processing
Manage shift schedules, monitor inventory levels, and control food and beverage costs through effective inventory management
Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to develop a high-performing team

Skills

Proven experience in quick service restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations
Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant environments with a focus on team management and training
Excellent communication skills for managerial oversight, staff training, and customer service excellence
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently during busy shifts in casual dining or fine dining settings
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within hospitality teams
