Lead the Next Chapter of a Growing Water Treatment Company

Integra Clear is a national provider of specialty water treatment and dechlorination products serving municipalities, contractors, industrial customers, utilities, and distributors throughout North America.

Following a recent acquisition by Olympic Holdings Investments, Integra Clear is entering an exciting new phase of growth. We are investing in new products, expanding our sales organization, strengthening our distributor network, and building the infrastructure to become the industry's leading provider of dechlorination and specialty water treatment solutions.

We are seeking an exceptional Vice President & General Manager to serve as the operational leader of the business and partner closely with ownership to execute that vision. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader who wants to build a company, not simply manage one.

About the Role

As Vice President & General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of Integra Clear. You will oversee operations, sales, customer service, inventory, purchasing, product management, and business development while working closely with ownership to execute the company's strategic vision.

This role combines executive leadership with customer engagement. While this is not a quota-carrying sales position, you should enjoy building customer relationships, attending trade shows, visiting distributor branches, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership

Lead day-to-day operations.
Own operational execution and business performance.
Develop annual operating plans and growth initiatives.
Build scalable processes.
Drive continuous improvement.

Commercial Leadership

Support sales growth.
Build key distributor and customer relationships.
Attend trade shows.
Visit distributor branches and municipal customers.
Support major sales opportunities.

Product Leadership

Identify new product opportunities.
Gather customer feedback.
Coordinate product improvements with vendors and engineering partners.
Support product launches.

Operations

Oversee inventory and purchasing.
Supervise warehouse operations.
Lead customer service and inside sales.
Improve operational efficiency.
Monitor KPIs.

Team Leadership

Recruit and mentor employees.
Build a high-performance culture.
Develop the organization for long-term growth.

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates may currently be a:

Branch Manager
Regional Manager
Operations Manager
Business Unit Manager
Product Manager
Commercial Manager
General Manager

Experience in water treatment, waterworks distribution, municipal infrastructure, industrial equipment, environmental products, utility products, or construction supply distribution is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience.
Strong operational and commercial instincts.
Experience leading inventory, purchasing, customer service, and sales.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
25–40% travel throughout North America.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $150,000–$200,000 depending on experience.

Annual Performance Bonus: Target opportunity of up to $100,000 based on company growth, profitability, operational performance, and achievement of strategic objectives.
