Manage client accounts by updating data entry records accurately within our systems using Microsoft Office tools.
Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new services.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently by applying problem-solving skills and offering suitable solutions.
Maintain organized records of interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve service quality.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Skills

Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse client base effectively.
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or recommend products/services when appropriate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred.
Skilled in data entry, typing quickly and accurately to manage high call volumes efficiently.
Demonstrated technical proficiency with computer systems and customer service software.
Outstanding organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client interactions seamlessly.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required for client payments or refunds.
Strong customer service problem-solving skills combined with patience and empathy during challenging situations.
