Sassy Beauty Bar is looking for a dependable, creative, and team-focused lash and brow artist who values collaboration, artistry, and excellence in everything they do.

Located in the heart of Kelsey Creek Plaza in Bellevue, Sassy Beauty Bar is a luxury lash and beauty studio known for artistry, connection, and consistency.

We specialize in high-end lash, brow, and beauty services and take pride in offering clients a polished, elevated experience every single time.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced lash and/or brow artist (1+ years preferred) who embodies passion, integrity, and skill.

You’ll thrive here if you:

Are experienced in lash extensions (Classic, Hybrid/Combo, and Volume sets)
Can hand-make volume fans with precision (speed and efficiency are a bonus)
Have experience with brow services such as brow shaping, tinting, lamination, or hybrid tint
Take pride in delivering clean, beautiful work with strong attention to detail
Are motivated and coachable, with a desire to continue learning and evolving
Enjoy working alongside other passionate professionals and exchanging ideas
Appreciate creative freedom to explore new styles, trends, and techniques
Value continuing training and ongoing education as part of your artistry
Are reliable, professional, and bring positive energy to the space each day
Enjoy building relationships with clients and delivering excellent service

Bonus if you are experienced in lash lifts, facials, waxing, or additional beauty services.

Schedule Expectations
We are looking for someone available 3–5 days per week, including at least one weekend day.

Artists are expected to arrive 15 minutes before their first appointment to prepare for clients and ensure a smooth start to the day.

Sassy Beauty Bar is also looking for a part-time front desk team member who enjoys working in a beauty environment and helping create an exceptional client experience.

Front desk responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and checking them in for appointments
Managing the salon schedule and assisting with bookings
Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
Assisting clients with retail products
Maintaining salon organization and cleanliness
Supporting artists and helping ensure smooth daily operations

The ideal front desk team member is:

Friendly, organized, and professional
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Interested in the beauty industry
Reliable and punctual
Great with customer service
