What Your Day Looks Like

Responding to inbound inquiries within five minutes
Answering calls, emails, and messages the same day—every day
Closing sales and guiding clients through the planning process
Acting as an event expert—answering questions clients didn’t even know to ask
Crafting personalized event experiences that exceed expectations
Following up, nurturing relationships, and generating referrals
Participating in some of our events

Hours: Office hours are standard, with occasional evenings/weekends for events—because we actually like seeing the parties we create.

Skills That Make This Work

Proven hospitality, event, or outbound sales experience
Strong relationship-building and closing skills
(yes, really)
Valid WA State driver’s license and personal vehicle
Ability to pass background and pre-employment screening
Living within 25 miles of Lynnwood (long-term fit matters)
Professional, business-casual appearance
