Job Summary

We are searching for a Portfolio Property Manager who will oversee our portfolio (which includes industrial, office, and retail), build relationships with our clients, and pursue referral opportunities as we look to expand. This is a unique opportunity to build out the department and systems that will maintain our standard of excellence for our client.

Responsibilities

Operational and property oversight - Build and manage your team to take care of the day-to-day tenant and vendor communication. Implement and document principles and standards of PM Processes
Provide oversight and recommendations on all capital projects
Property budget planning, tracking, and management including cash flow management and NNN reconciliation review
Oversee onboarding of new properties and diagnose treatment plans
Oversee offboarding of properties
Ensure property compliance (code, lease, building rules, etc)

The Ideal Candidate for this position is:

Self-starting and self-directing – While the Portfolio Property Manager will work closely with leadership, we are looking for someone who is proactive in identifying what needs doing and pushes to get it done. You don't get hung up on the past and look to the future. You are excited about growing the department and the business.
Detail-oriented but practical - Someone who understands the difference between close enough and precise and when those tradeoffs should be made. Highly organized.
Principled - Someone who does the right thing when no one is watching. Problems are communicated as early as possible, you own their mistakes, and view them as an opportunity to improve. You never overpromise.
People-oriented - Someone who cares about the people you interact with and understand that trust is built with every interaction, for colleagues, clients, tenants, and vendors. Someone who knows how to diffuse tension when there is a lot of pressure. You are interested in actively building relationships.
Transparent - While we don't need to discuss every decision being made, there needs to be an open dialogue of what's working and what's not. We need to be able to disagree and commit; we respect each other's expertise and experience.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
