Our success is built on long-term relationships—with our clients and with one another. We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager who thrives on building trusted partnerships, solving complex problems, and taking ownership of client success.

About the Role

This is not an entry-level account management position.

We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated professional who can confidently manage a portfolio of enterprise clients with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, naturally curious, and enjoys finding solutions before problems become escalations.

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for some of our largest clients, building relationships across all levels of their organization—from day-to-day users to executive leadership. You'll partner with internal teams to advocate for your clients, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Own a portfolio of approximately 30 enterprise client accounts, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including HR leaders, operations teams, and executive leadership.
Independently manage daily client needs, prioritize competing requests, and resolve issues with confidence and sound judgment.
Proactively identify potential concerns before they become issues and develop practical solutions.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Compliance, Sales, and Executive Leadership to ensure client needs are met.
Lead client onboarding projects and oversee implementation activities.
Conduct Annual Business Reviews (ABRs) to demonstrate value, review performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
Analyze client trends, utilization, and reporting to recommend solutions and additional services that support their business.
Advocate for client enhancement requests and work closely with internal teams on product improvements.
Troubleshoot software and workflow issues before escalating technical concerns.
Deliver client training and presentations both virtually and in person.
Travel periodically to client sites, conferences, and industry events.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or higher.
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, Project Management, HR Technology, SaaS, or a related client-facing role.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships with minimal oversight.
Experience presenting to executives, leadership teams, or large groups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel approximately 10-15%, including occasional overnight travel.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in background screening, drug testing, HR technology, or human resources.
SaaS account management or Customer Success experience.
Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
Familiarity with CRM or client management platforms.
