Front Desk Agent

Holiday Inn Express & Suites – Sebring, FL

At Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sebring, we believe every guest deserves a warm welcome and an exceptional stay. We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to become part of our team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding hospitality, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

Welcome guests with a genuine smile and provide exceptional customer service.
Check guests in and out efficiently using our hotel management system.
Answer phones and assist with reservations, questions, and guest requests.
Handle guest concerns professionally and work to resolve issues quickly.
Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit card transactions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
Promote IHG One Rewards and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Complete daily reports and shift responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.
Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person!

Requirements

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
High school diploma or equivalent.
