Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Personal / Business Assistant to provide day-to-day support to a busy local business owner.

This position is ideal for someone who is naturally organized, enjoys working from a checklist, takes initiative, and is good at making sure tasks are completed from start to finish.

The assistant will help manage everyday responsibilities, appointments, follow-ups, errands, paperwork, and business-related tasks. We are looking for someone who can help keep the day organized and make sure important items don’t fall through the cracks.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a daily task/checklist
Keep track of appointments, meetings, and deadlines
Provide reminders and follow up on outstanding tasks
Make phone calls and schedule appointments
Handle basic emails, messages, and correspondence
Run occasional business and personal errands
Organize paperwork, receipts, documents, and files
Follow up with vendors, customers, contractors, or employees when needed
Help coordinate day-to-day business activities
Keep track of items that need to be ordered, picked up, repaired, or completed
Assist with basic administrative duties
Help prioritize tasks based on importance and deadlines
Confirm that assigned tasks have been completed
Handle other day-to-day responsibilities as needed

Someone who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative

This is not a position where you simply wait to be told what to do.

We are looking for someone who can help keep the day organized, maintain a running checklist, anticipate what needs attention, and make sure things get done.
