Position Overview

As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, helping to create a positive and memorable stay. You will provide customer service, assist with planning and reservations, and support daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a welcoming guest experience by greeting, checking in guests, and providing helpful information about the resort and Sedona area
Assist guests with payments, pre-authorizations, and booking lodging, dining, and local experiences
Create personalized itineraries and provide recommendations for attractions, shows, and restaurants
Address guest questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
Answer inbound calls and provide accurate, timely information
Coordinate reservations and partnerships with local vendors, tour operators, and entertainment providers
Prepare and distribute vouchers for shows, dining, and guest experiences
Maintain accurate daily reporting, including tour counts, arrivals, no-shows, and updates for sales and management teams
Support daily operations by preparing tour profiles, updating schedules, maintaining a clean lobby, and completing end-of-day reporting

Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Basic computer knowledge
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills with a professional and calm approach
Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Schedule Requirements

Daytime availability required
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Flexible schedule based on business needs
