Title: Line Cook/Dishwasher/Utility

Reports to: Executive Chef

Location: Luling, Texas 78648

About Us

We are a new private 36-hole members-only golf club and Wagyu cattle ranch in Luling, Texas. We take pride in maintaining a high standard of course conditions, hospitality, and culinary experiences for our members and guests.

The Role:

You will be the operating day-to-day culinary in Luling, out of a fully equipped kitchen and pit smoker setup
You will work with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to create culinary experiences that align with ownership’s vision of excellence.
Day to day activities are fluid and you will be expected to remain flexible to the changes as needed from ownership, management and guests.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Cooking and prepping for a scalable meal program feeding guest and staff 7 days/week
Preparing meals for ownership and guests that are elevated and reflect the ranch lifestyle
Maintaining a kitchen that adheres to strict standards of cleanliness and sanitation
Running and maintaining smokers, grills, and commercial kitchen equipment
Working with prep systems, pars, ordering, inventory, and food safety standards
Maintaining consistency while allowing room for program growth and changes

What We're Looking For

Comfortable cooking at volume without sacrificing execution
Organized, self-directed, and accountable
The ability to operate independently and communicate clearly with leadership
Knowledge of food safety standards and protocols

Schedule & Pay

Full-time (35+ hrs/week), ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Based primarily in Luling, TX
Pay depending on experience ($18 - $22)
Growth in responsibility and scope as the club continues to open and expand

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
