We are hiring! Compliance Manager! Are you someone who enjoys digging into the details, understanding how and why things work, identifying potential risks, and finding better ways to do things? Your experience doesn’t have to come from gaming to make an impact here. We’re looking for a leader with experience in areas such as compliance, auditing, internal controls, risk management, finance, regulatory operations, investigations, or another highly regulated environment. If you know how to interpret regulations, strengthen processes, solve problems, and help teams stay accountable, those skills can transfer well into the gaming industry.
As our Compliance Manager, you’ll help champion integrity, accountability, and responsible operations across our properties while developing your knowledge of gaming-specific regulations and requirements.
The Compliance Manager ensures compliance with all State, NIGC MICS and Compact gaming regulations, operations systems of internal controls and other regulatory requirements; assist Departments in development of Policy & Procedures, develop and conduct Title 31 training; establish risk assessment and oversee safety initiatives for Resort properties.
