Join our dynamic team as a Title Clerk - Office Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in managing automotive sales paperwork, title processing, and administrative support within a fast-paced dealership environment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to develop comprehensive skills in retail sales, inventory management, and customer service while ensuring compliance with state transportation regulations. As a key member of our team, you will help streamline operations, enhance client communication, and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities

Process automotive titles accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all state transportation regulations and dealership policies
Manage automotive sales paperwork including retail sales documentation, invoices, and accounting entries
Maintain organized records of inventory control and title processing activities
Assist with data entry tasks related to sales pipelines, customer information, and inventory updates using Microsoft Office and dealership management
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone or in person with professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management, data entry, and paperwork processing
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and dealership management systems
Ability to handle high-volume administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy under pressure
Exceptional phone etiquette, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
