Project Consultant & Estimator

At Miracle Method, we believe homeowners shouldn't have to spend tens of thousands of dollars replacing perfectly functional kitchens and bathrooms. Every day, we help customers transform their spaces through professional refinishing and cabinet refacing - saving them time, money, and unnecessary waste.

We're looking for a Project Consultant & Estimator who enjoys meeting new people, solving problems, and helping customers find the right solution. This isn't a high-pressure sales role; it's a consultative position focused on building trust, providing expert recommendations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

This role is approximately:

75% Residential Field Estimating
25% Commercial & Business Development

Residential Consulting & Estimating

Meet homeowners throughout the Twin Cities for scheduled in-home consultations.
Evaluate kitchens, bathrooms, tubs, showers, countertops, tile, and cabinetry.
Recommend the best refinishing or refacing solution for each customer's goals and budget.
Prepare accurate estimates using company pricing guidelines.
Educate customers on Miracle Method's process, products, warranties, and value.
Follow up on proposals and close projects with professionalism and integrity.

Commercial & Multifamily Business Development

Grow relationships with existing commercial customers.
Call on apartment communities, property managers, contractors, designers, and other referral partners.
Identify new multifamily and commercial opportunities throughout the metro.
Prepare estimates for commercial renovation and turnover projects.
Represent Miracle Method at networking and industry events as opportunities arise.

Creates accurate, profitable estimates.
Consistently closes residential opportunities.
Develops long-term commercial relationships.
Protects company margins while delivering outstanding value.
Works collaboratively with our office and operations teams.
Represents the Miracle Method brand with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

We're more interested in the right person than a specific resume.

Ideal candidates have experience in one or more of the following:

In-home sales
Remodeling or construction
Estimating
Property management
Kitchen & bath industry
Home improvement
Restoration
Commercial sales
Customer service

You should also be:

An excellent communicator
Organized and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently
Confident presenting solutions to customers
Tech-savvy and able to learn new software
Willing to travel throughout the Twin Cities metro
Able to lift product samples and climb stairs during home visits

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
