Now Hiring: Home Health Account Executives

Multiple Territories Across Florida | Full-Time

Preferred Care Home Health is seeking experienced Home Health Account Executives to join our growing team! We are hiring for multiple territories and are looking for healthcare sales professionals with established referral relationships who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care through trusted community partnerships.

We are actively hiring in the following service areas:

Sarasota
Bradenton
Fort Myers
Naples
Tampa
Polk
West Palm Beach
Port St. Lucie

As we continue to expand, we're looking for Account Executives who are ready to grow with us and make a lasting impact in the communities they serve.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout your assigned territory.
Build partnerships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare providers.
Identify new referral opportunities and grow market share through strategic business development.
Educate referral sources on Preferred Care Home Health's services and clinical programs.
Serve as a trusted liaison between referral partners, patients, physicians, and our clinical teams.
Ensure smooth patient transitions and exceptional customer service.
Attend networking events, community outreach activities, and healthcare association meetings.
Maintain accurate sales activity and territory documentation.
Stay current on Medicare guidelines and home health regulations.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of successful Home Health Account Executive or Healthcare Sales experience
Established book of business within the healthcare community
Existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, SNFs, ALFs, and other referral sources
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an experienced clinical and operational team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
