About the Role

We're looking for someone organized, reliable, and detail-oriented to join our team. This role is a mix of sales processing, admin support, and basic bookkeeping. You'll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and support our sales and finance teams.

What You'll Do

Process sales orders and invoices
Keep customer records up to date
Answer order and payment questions
Handle general admin tasks (emails, scheduling, filing)
Record transactions and help reconcile accounts
Support with basic bookkeeping and reports

What We're Looking For

Experience in admin, sales support, and bookkeeping
Proficient using Google Drive and QuickBooks
Attention to detail
Strong communication and time management skills
Able to work independently and stay organized
