We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our corporate facilities in Westminster, Colorado. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our transition into a new facility while establishing scalable facility management processes that support business growth.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience managing commercial facilities, building systems, workplace services, vendor relationships, capital projects, and safety programs. This position is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive environment for employees, visitors, and daily business operations.

Lead facility-related activities associated with occupancy of a new building.

Coordinate final inspections, punch-list completion, and site readiness efforts.

Partner with leadership, contractors, landlords, architects, and vendors to ensure a seamless transition.

Develop and implement facility operating procedures, standards, and preventive maintenance programs.

Oversee furniture installation, workspace setup, signage, and employee move-in activities.

Manage day-to-day facility operations and workplace services.

Oversee and maintain critical building systems, including:

HVAC

Electrical systems

Plumbing
-
Fire and life safety systems

Security and access control systems
-
Lighting systems
-
Conduct routine facility inspections and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Ensure facility infrastructure effectively supports current and future business needs.

Select, negotiate, and manage third-party vendors and service providers.

Monitor vendor performance and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities, and facility improvement projects.

Manage contracts for janitorial, landscaping, security, and maintenance services.

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, local building codes, environmental requirements, and company safety policies.

Administer emergency preparedness, evacuation procedures, and business continuity plans.

Coordinate safety audits, inspections, and corrective action initiatives.

Maintain permits, warranties, compliance records, and facility documentation.

Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.

Monitor spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Review and approve facility-related invoices and contracts.

Support long-term capital planning and facility improvement initiatives.

Foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Respond to facility requests and service issues promptly.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and Operations teams on employee onboarding and workplace initiatives.

Manage conference rooms, common areas, amenities, and employee services.

Monitor workspace utilization and occupancy planning.

Recommend solutions that support organizational growth and evolving business requirements.

Coordinate office reconfigurations and departmental moves.

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

5+ years of progressive facilities management experience within commercial office environments.

Experience supporting new facility openings, office relocations, or major renovation projects.

Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety requirements.

Experience managing vendors, service contracts, and facility budgets.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facility management software or CMMS platforms.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
