About Juniper

Juniper isn't a typical clinic or gym. We're a boutique strength and recovery studio in Manitowoc where physical therapists, personal trainers, and vitality care extenders work side by side — so our clients receive support well beyond the treatment table.

About the Role

We're looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to be the first and last impression at Juniper.

This is a front desk and studio operations role, but the way we think about it is simpler than that: you are accountable for how every person feels from the moment they walk through our door to the moment they leave. The scheduling, the phone calls, the payments, the space itself — all of it exists in service of that feeling.

If you're the kind of person who notices the water pitcher is low before anyone mentions it, who remembers that a client's daughter had a wedding last weekend, and who finds real satisfaction in a space that runs beautifully — this role was written for you.

You'll report to our Director of Marketing & Client Experience.

What You'll Do

Greet and check out every client by name — you are the first and last touch of their visit
Answer and return phone calls, respond to inquiries, and make sure no one ever feels like they're chasing us
Schedule and manage appointments across our PT and training teams
Receive payments and handle client billing questions with warmth and clarity

Studio Operations

Turn over treatment rooms between clients so every space feels ready and cared for
Keep laundry current throughout the day
Maintain the small details that make the space feel alive — water refills, plants, supplies

Behind the Scenes

Prepare and send superbills
Make billing corrections in Jane (our practice management software)
Support the team with administrative tasks that keep the studio running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Genuine warmth with people — this is the non-negotiable one
Anticipation: you see what's needed before you're asked
Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems (we'll train you on Jane)
Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers and scheduling
Ability to move fluidly between talking with a client and turning over a room
Prior experience in front desk, hospitality, healthcare administration, or client service is helpful — but the right personality matters more than the right resume
