Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Clerk to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients. Responsibilities

Manage desk operations, including calling customers, answering calls and performing basic phone alarm system troubleshooting showing professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
Handle filing, document proofreading, and word processing to maintain organized records and ensure document accuracy
Assist with customer service duties by responding to inquiries via phone or email, providing clear information, and supporting client communication efforts
Maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure the workspace remains tidy and functional
Shipping/Receiving (able to lift up to 50lb)
Monitoring Accounts – Activate/Deactivate accounts – Updating call lists
Schedule monthly fire testing – File testing reports
Yearly Inventory
Learn programming software
Keep customer lists/contracts up to date – Including filing
And more as needed

Requirements

Proven clerical experience with strong office management skills and familiarity with administrative procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry software
Excellent computer literacy with technical proficiency in office productivity tools and spreadsheets
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills, including experience managing multi-line phone systems and client communication
Previous experience in office or front desk roles such as medical or dental receptionist is preferred
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in documentation and filing processes
Ability to pass a background check. Felons need not apply.
