Full Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and faith-driven Daycare Director to lead our childcare and preschool program. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who is committed to excellence in early childhood education while integrating Christian values into daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the childcare and preschool program
Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and safety standards
Lead, mentor, and support teaching staff
Develop and maintain a Christ-centered curriculum and environment
Build strong relationships with families and the community
Manage enrollment, staffing, and administrative duties
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and spiritually enriching environment for children

Qualifications:

Minimum [Associate’s/Bachelor’s] degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Director certification (or ability to obtain, per state requirements)
2+ years of leadership experience in a childcare or preschool setting
Strong knowledge of state licensing regulations
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
A personal commitment to the Christian faith and ability to model Christian values

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a faith-based childcare or preschool setting
CPR/First Aid Certification
Strong team-building and conflict-resolution skills
