Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort throughout our hotel facilities. Your energetic approach and dedication will ensure every guest experiences a spotless, inviting stay, making a lasting impression that keeps them coming back. We value your effort and commitment to excellence in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas efficiently and thoroughly.
Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet maintenance to keep surfaces spotless.
Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow safety procedures and proper cleaning protocols to maintain a hygienic environment.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and assist with linen management as needed.
Support housekeeping management with inventory control and room inspections to uphold quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts.
Previous hotel experience or custodial experience is highly desirable.
