ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: One must be able to perform the essential functions of the job; which include, but are not limited to the following (Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs):
1. Resident & Guest Experience
Serve as the primary ambassador for the community, warmly welcoming residents, guests, and prospective residents while delivering an exceptional hospitality experience. Build meaningful relationships that foster a welcoming, connected community.
2. Resident Services & Advocacy
Act as a liaison between residents and the property management team to coordinate service requests, maintenance needs, resident inquiries, and follow-up communications to ensure timely resolution and resident satisfaction.
3. Lifestyle Programming & Community Engagement
Plan, organize, and execute a comprehensive calendar of resident events, wellness initiatives, educational programming, seasonal celebrations, and community experiences that promote engagement, retention, and resident satisfaction.
4. Retail Partnership & Tenant Relations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail tenants, restaurants, fitness operators, and other commercial partners. Collaborate to create resident-exclusive experiences, promotional campaigns, grand opening activations, cross-promotional opportunities, and ongoing partnerships that enhance both the resident experience and commercial success.
5. Mixed-Use Community Activation
Serve as the primary liaison between the residential and commercial components of the community. Identify opportunities to integrate retail partners into resident programming while increasing resident engagement with on-site businesses through strategic initiatives, experiential programming, and destination-focused activations.
6. Marketing & Brand Collaboration
Partner with the corporate marketing team and retail tenants to coordinate promotional campaigns, social media collaborations, resident communications, and marketing initiatives that highlight community events, retail offerings, and exclusive resident benefits.
7. Community & Municipal Coordination
Develop and maintain productive relationships with local township officials, community organizations, and other external stakeholders. Coordinate with municipal departments as needed to support community events, activations, permits, public space use, and other initiatives. Stay informed of applicable local ordinances, regulations, and guidelines to ensure community programming and activities are executed in compliance with all requirements.
8. Community Outreach & Partnerships
Cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and service providers to expand resident programming, establish strategic partnerships, and create exclusive resident offerings, neighborhood experiences, and community collaborations that enhance the overall resident lifestyle.
9. Resident Communications
Create and distribute engaging communications including event calendars, newsletters, announcements, retail promotions, and community updates through email, resident applications, digital signage, social media, and community communication platforms.
10. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, event attendance, retail partnerships, resident preferences, and engagement metrics. Utilize property management software and reporting tools to evaluate program success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
11. Property Presentation
Conduct regular inspections of amenity spaces, common areas, retail corridors, and shared public spaces to ensure they consistently reflect the property's hospitality and brand standards. Coordinate with the property team and commercial partners to address areas requiring attention.
12. Portfolio Support
Provide support to other communities within the portfolio as needed, including assisting with resident engagement initiatives, community events, new property openings, training, operational projects, and other business priorities. Travel to portfolio communities may be required to ensure consistency in service standards, program execution, and resident experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience
- Possesses at least a 4 year college-degree
- 5 years of relevant experience is required
Travel
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the portfolio as needed to support resident engagement initiatives, special events, new community openings, training, and other operational priorities.
Language Skills
- All candidates must possess proficiency in reading and writing in the English language.
- Ability to write reports business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Special Skills
- Must possess strengths in verbal, technical and written communications; ability to adapt communications/presentations and deliver clear and concise reports and analysis to senior management.
- Requires the ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy and use data to identify and solve problems.
- Requires the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, particularly in the use of residential applications and smart home technology.
- Requires ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks within a defined time period.

- Experience in the Real Estate/Property Management industry a plus.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends for resident events.
Customer Service
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, property management, or a related field.
- Experience managing or overseeing concierge or guest service staff is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for creating a welcoming and enjoyable resident experience.
- Creativity and initiative in developing an engaged community with memorable events and experiences.
- Proficiency with property management or customer relationship management software is a plus.
