Pallet Repairer/Builder (Full-Time)

Spring Hill Skid | Covington, OH

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour (with increases based on performance and experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round Work
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start, 40 hours/week with some overtime

Spring Hill Skid is hiring dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team as shop laborers. This role focuses on assembling skids and supporting shop operations in a steady, indoor work environment.

No prior experience is required—we’re willing to train the right person. If you’re reliable, willing to learn, and ready to work, we’d like to talk with you.

What You’ll Do

Assemble skids and assist with shop production
Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and organizing materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and work instructions
Assist with other shop duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

No experience required – we will train
Experience with skid/pallet repair is a major advantage!
Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor daily
Ability to lift, carry, and work on your feet throughout the day
Willingness to learn and take direction
Dependable and consistent attendance
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Growth Opportunity

Employees will begin with manual labor tasks
With training and demonstrated ability, equipment operation may be introduced over time

Pay & Benefits

Starting pay: $17.00/hour (with increases based on performance)
Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours
