Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate project activities, manage teams, and ensure that all project goals are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling, and regulatory compliance will drive project success and client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a tangible impact on large-scale construction initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating construction schedule activities effectively.
Manage teams across various disciplines, including subcontractors and internal staff, fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication channels.
Oversee construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Monitor project costs through detailed cost management practices, including construction estimating and HeavyBid tools, to control budgets and maximize efficiency.
Ensure construction regulatory compliance by adhering to safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations throughout all phases of the project.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office to track progress, manage documentation, and facilitate effective project coordination.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address issues promptly, and ensure construction site safety protocols are followed diligently.
Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for stakeholders while managing contracts and legal documentation related to construction projects.

Requirements

Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM), Bluebeam Revu, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management software.
Solid knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and the ability to coordinate multiple timelines simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent blueprint reading skills coupled with a thorough understanding of construction plans and specifications.
Effective time management skills with a focus on prioritization to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality or safety standards.
Construction site experience is essential; familiarity with managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
