The Account Services Specialist will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing wire transfers both domestic and international, post ACH debits and credits as well as processing share drafts, post DBOs, initiate internal transfers, process deceased account notices daily, and other account maintenance tasks.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Post ACH credits and debits. Process ACH rejections, reclamations and revocations.
Oversee share draft process including all correspondence pertaining to share drafts and non-sufficient funds notices.
Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers.
Process all other miscellaneous operations duties, such as e deposit, RDC, mobile, shared branch and mail in deposits.
Prepare and verify settlement documents. Review and prepare periodic reporting.
Monitor data change reports and conduct inactive, negative balances, bad address, deceased, custodial, certificate renewal, and abandoned property account campaigns.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills

Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
A two year college degree or Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or Completion of a specialized and extensive in house training or apprenticeship program.
A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required.
In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.
Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.

Physical Requirements
