Full Job Description

Full time position for skilled accounts receivables/payable clerk to provide financial, administrative and clerical services.

Job hours: 8:30-3:30 Monday-Friday. One hour lunch.

Responsibilities include:

Process incoming payments, reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivables status.
facilitate payment of invoices due by monitoring companies pay terms
prepare customer invoicing
data entry for dispatching

Require one year working experience in accounts receivables and payable. Solid understanding of basic accounting principals, fair credit practices and collections. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records. Proficiency in Windows operating system and Microsoft office programs. Customer service skills.

Private office building close to food establishments and shopping. Casual office atmosphere.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
