Full Job Description

CURE is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our multidisciplinary team. The position is approximately 50% medical and 50% aesthetic, offering a unique opportunity to practice both advanced clinical medicine and aesthetic care in a luxury, concierge-style environment.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional medical evaluations, wellness follow-ups, and diagnostic coordination while also performing aesthetic procedures aligned with CURE’s MedSpa offerings.

Responsibilities

Medical Practice

Conduct initial and follow-up medical visits, perform comprehensive health assessments, and record vitals.
Order, interpret, and review labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
Perform lab draws, injections, IV therapies, and medical testing with precision.
Collaborate with physicians to develop personalized treatment and wellness plans.
Manage ongoing care for concierge members and Four Seasons hotel guests.
Provide detailed medical documentation and maintain EMR compliance.
Support programs in preventive medicine, longevity, hormones, gut health, weight optimization, and executive physicals.

Aesthetic & MedSpa Services

Perform aesthetic treatments including:
Botox / Dysport and dermal fillers
PRP / PRF injections
Microneedling / RF Microneedling (Morpheus8, Lutronic Ultra)
Laser treatments (hair removal, IPL, pigment correction, skin resurfacing)
IV vitamin drips and wellness injections
Conduct pre- and post-treatment consultations and ensure safe, results-driven outcomes.
Maintain compliance with all state medical board and MedSpa regulations.
Deliver luxury client service consistent with the CURE brand experience.
Experience with Peptides preferred.

Position requires the flexibility to work either on site at one of two locations (Malibu or Westlake Village). Also services may take place in patients' homes.

Qualifications

Education Required: Current RN (ADN), NP or PA license in the State of CA

Experience

Qualifications
Active California NP or PA license in good standing.
2+ years of experience in medical practice (primary care, internal medicine, or concierge medicine preferred).
Training and experience in aesthetic medicine (injectables, lasers, or skin rejuvenation).
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and patient communication skills.
Comfort working in both medical and luxury hospitality environments.

Medical terminology, Physician practice or clinic based Federal Rules, Regulations, and procedures

Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure highest standards of care are met.
Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services.
Strong knowledge of patient care techniques, current trends in skin care and injectables.
Knowledgeable and adherence of all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.

Essential Responsibilities

Performs other duties as assigned.

Services can take place either location owned by company, or in home.

Participates and oversees all aspects of patient care including medical histories, performing consultations, establish rapport, nurture/build patient relationships for patient retention.

Curate treatment plans for patients, recommend skin care product regimens.

Perform injectable treatments with use of a variety of products such as; Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Restylane, Juvéderm, etc.

Perform laser treatments for skin rejuvenation and for hair reduction.

Prep, organize and maintain exam rooms and inventory.

Contribute to monthly revenue goals.

Annotate treatments, treatment plans, perform before and after photography.

Assist with creating and updating clinical protocols.

Provide, verify, review informed consents and pre-post instructions to patients.

Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $48.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
