Location: In-person, Encino, CA, with occasional field work Type: Full-time, hourly (non-exempt — overtime paid per California law) Pay: $25–$28/hour, plus overtime Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; competitive 401(k) matching program; paid time off

About the Role

Our founder — with 27 years of experience in behavioral health and clinical assessment — leads a group of mission-driven companies in behavioral health and mental-health technology. This role is her right hand for getting things done across all of them — not by running any single business, but by keeping her calendar, communications, projects, and daily life organized so she can focus on the work only she can do.

What You'll Own

Executive support

Manage a complex calendar spanning multiple companies; protect focus time and resolve conflicts before they reach the founder
Triage, prioritize, and — where authorized — respond to email and messages
Prepare agendas, capture decisions, and track follow-ups from meetings
Build clean presentations, documents, and reports from the founder's direction
Coordinate travel end-to-end: flights, lodging, ground transport, itineraries, and expense tracking (business and personal)

Cross-company coordination

Keep projects and deadlines moving across the founder's entities; track milestones and flag slippage early
Maintain organized digital files, shared folders, and simple dashboards
Coordinate with existing vendors and marketing/admin team members — following up and keeping things on track, not managing the team
Handle basic tech and vendor troubleshooting; route what you can't resolve

Marketing & social media

Create and manage paid/sales ad campaigns across social media platforms (e.g., Meta, Instagram, TikTok): setup, targeting, budgets, and performance tracking
Own day-to-day social media management: schedule and publish content, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages across platforms

Personal support

Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, errands, and family logistics
Occasional after-hours availability for genuinely time-sensitive matters

What We're Looking For

3+ years supporting a busy executive, founder, or business owner
Ruthlessly organized, with strong judgment about what matters now versus what can wait
Discreet and trustworthy with confidential business, financial, and personal information — this is the single most important trait for this role
Clear, polished written communication
Comfortable with everyday technology and eager to learn new tools (calendars, docs, CRM)
Required: hands-on experience using AI platforms and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI assistants) in a work or professional setting
Hands-on experience creating and managing paid social ad campaigns (e.g., Meta/Instagram/TikTok Ads Manager), including targeting, budgets, and performance tracking
Experience managing social media content and engagement (scheduling tools, community management)
Reliable personal vehicle for occasional errands and field tasks (mileage reimbursed)
Helpful bonus: experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another confidential/PHI environment
