Full Job Description

We’re hiring a skilled Dental Front Office Lead for our Sherman Oaks office! If you have strong dental front office experience and solid knowledge of treatment planning, including PPO, Denti-Cal, and HMO, we’d love to connect with you.

This is a great opportunity for someone confident in independently leading the front office, providing excellent patient experience, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Daily pay - We pay hourly and we have many opportunities for you to gain full time hours across our offices.
Monthly Bonus - You will have the opportunity to earn several hundred each month in monthly bonuses.
Education - In our Front Office Track program, we want you to grow with us. We have assembled a great catalog of courses including telephone skills, productive scheduling, reactivation, patient financials and insurance, office culture, and marketing.

Responsibilities

Appointment scheduling and office flow management
Greeting and welcoming patients and managing recalls
Treatment presentation and planning handled independently
Insurance verification and co-payments

Qualifications

Dental experience required
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must have strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with Diamond Dental, Dentrix, Open Dental, or other Dental Practice Management Software
Good Telephone Etiquette
Have knowledge of basic office equipment such as: computer, internet, email, copy and fax machines, and telephone.
