Dental Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator (KPI-Driven | Experienced Only)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Dental Office Manager with a strong background in treatment coordination and performance management. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a structured, metrics-focused environment and is accountable for driving production, collections, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations with a focus on achieving production and collection targets
Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including case acceptance, scheduling efficiency, and accounts receivable
Present and close treatment plans with confidence and accuracy
Oversee insurance verification and billing (HMO, PPO, Denti-Cal preferred)
Manage aging reports and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances
Optimize scheduling to maximize provider productivity and minimize downtime
Ensure consistent case flow through effective coordination with dental labs
Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism and accountability
Train, manage, and hold front office team accountable to performance standards
Maintain compliance with all operational, financial, and regulatory protocols

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of dental office management experience (Required)
Minimum 5+ years of dental treatment planning and case presentation (Required)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs (production, collections, case acceptance)
Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and revenue cycle management
Experience with Dentrix or similar practice management software preferred
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
