We’re searching for an Office Manager who wants to help a team of dedicated, knowledgeable, and inspiring clinicians to succeed. As our Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for all things business-related. As the first point of contact for our clients and community, - you’ll be our brand ambassador. Our practice is entering a new cycle of growth, and we need someone to take charge of all aspects of administration so that our clinicians and other staff can do what they do best. This position is for approximately . Some of your responsibilities will include:

· Managing incoming phone calls & responding to requests

· Scheduling clients

· Managing clinician schedules

· Regularly reviewing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and

federal regulations

· Limited billing processing & maintaining knowledge of billing (Medicaid/out of network processes) to be able to assist clients with insurance questions

· Tracking productivity metrics

· Maintaining office supply inventory

· Helping to build/maintain community relationships

· Communicating with third-party vendors

· Troubleshooting/updating client management system, SimplePractice

· Communicating changes/updates to staff

· Addressing concerns from staff/internal team building

Qualifications and Skills

· Associates degree or higher

· Administrative experience

· Strong phone skills

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Proficiency with EMR systems and software applications, especially Google Drive is

preferred
