Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using productivity software.

Use technical proficiency in computer literacy tools like Microsoft Office and QuickBooks to support daily operations efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles, preferably with front desk or clerical experience.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support.
