We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef / Dining Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of food service operations. This energetic leader will be responsible for maintaining exceptional food quality, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction for our seniors, and managing daily kitchen and dining activities.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of culinary expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation standards. Join us to create memorable dining experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and food service teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Oversee menu planning, ensuring a diverse selection that balances innovation with customer preferences while maintaining cost control.
Manage food production processes, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold high standards of quality and consistency.
Ensure compliance with food safety sanitizing procedures, health regulations, and sanitation standards across all food handling areas.
Control inventory levels through effective inventory management and inventory control practices to minimize waste and optimize costs.

Skills

Proven background in dietary department management with knowledge of special dietary needs and restrictions.
Expertise in food production, and restaurant management.
Skilled in inventory management, cost control measures, and food handling procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
Deep understanding of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and kitchen management best practices.
Proficiency in menu planning, food service management, cooking techniques, and culinary innovation.
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service excellence.
